Handy, don't you have some sort of thing like we have here, International Directory Enquiries. You need the surname and full address of the people though, otherwise it's not working.
Also might be some sort of directory somewhere on the internet that will let you do something like that, maybe with parameters so you can narrow down searching etc. but don't know.
