Just wondering because I still haven't played it because I don't have a expansion pack. When I load the game, all I get is a black screen. Does it run falwlessly for the people who have one? Does it freeze up like Jet Force Gemini? Just wondering.

My post started and ended with the same phrase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/smile.gif

Yes, it's perfect with the expansion pak. There is no protection like Jet Force so there is no freezing.

I don't know what it is but I can only play certain parts. It doesn't seem like a very good game because you have to watch and listen to that song, and each time you want to play, you play whatever thing it chooses for you. Umm...nevermind.

(No problems)

Just press the start button a couple of times to skip the intro song. It would be cool if you could select what level to play. But it's still great, I can't wait for the full game.
Thanx Hectic!

No problems.
But why would Rare put any effort in making a demo that WON'T play on a backup unit.
In this case it's only propaganda for their game.

To bad the demo doesn't have an actual level to play.
It's only 2 bosses and the minecart level.
Doesn't give a impression of the actual game.
But I saw moving images on TV yesterday and it looked great.

I still can't get it Hectic mate.
Every time I tried to get it I just got an error 4k page.
Can't find a working JFG link either.
Not that I'm asking of course.
Coz that would be against the rules.
Hectic mail me mate, cheers.

And he answered, saying, "My name is Legion: For we are many..."

If it crashes don't worry, I wouldn't think its protection. Cause the ones at ETCS were crashing anyway ^_^

Works perfectly for me. No crashes.
I wonder if there´s anything special gonna happen if ya beat the 2 bosses and get 70+ coins at the mine level.
Maybe a trainer http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/smile.gif ?

I already beat both bosses and got 70 coins. But maybe you get another level or something if you beat both bosses without getting hit once and get every possible coin in the mine.

Just played it (I know, I am quite late this time) - GREAT! Looks really cool, and could become one of my favourite Jump'n'Runs.
I don't think that there are any more scenes in this demo, but on the other hand, why is the game that big then?

Have you seen the Homepage of that russian guy who built his own N64 Backup unit? Looks very cool! (Link at DX-News)

Runs fine on my jnr......I'm using Blastcorps as the decode cart, so maybe a RARE game runs it better than most?????

Oh yeah...couldn't get Gemini to run at all!!!!!

DAMN!!!
