If Hybrid Heaven, release number 469 by NBC, is PAL-MULTI, what language is the release number 466 of Hybrid Heaven PAL by NIL?

Well, I was under the impression the NBC version was a dupe of the NIL release. I could be wrong though I guess, I don't have a copy of the NBC version to check out.
