I thought it would be released the 12th this month, but they usually post codes for the demo they had or post some fakes

IGN don't post codes themselves. All the codes are from people who submit them to Gamesages. One of the only codes the IGN64 guys posted themselves is the IGN64 code for World Driver.

It's not released yet........I should know.....I've been playing it for the past 6 months!
