'Server is Busy' message in Tech Support Forum?

I get this message for two days now when posting to that forum. It says try later but still no posting. Act, coul dyou press the magic button & get it to work?

I get the same error when trying to post in the Tech forum.

No idea why it would show that error .. i hope its fixed with the next update of the forum software..
