If it is NOA then they're covering their tracks very well, Nintendo pseudo-confirmed that they have nothing to do with that site. Who knows though? If it is a squater then they're going to get a crap-load of money from this deal, especially if they hype it up with commercials or something. (since no-one owns the rights to 'DataDyne' specifically)

Why would someone go through all the trouble of creating that site if all they wanted to do was sell the domain name?
