and load it into the Rom?

Thanks

No, the current Z64 BIOS does not support save/restore of FlashRAM.

Ehh. Yes it does... It was covered in some other thread...

Actually no it doesn't. The Z64 has support for 4kbit EEPROM and 64kbytes(!) SRAM. The Z64's bios is NOT designed to handle Flash saving.

as long as you don't move the file the blocks that are out of range of the file but just next to the ones that the save contains will store the total save
request: a modified Z64 that dumps Sram saves at 1Mbit

The way I see it, the amount of Flashram used by a game varies, so you *can* have a save of Pokemon Stadium and one save slot in C&C (If I remember rightly).

But the games with the bigger amount of Flashram (the only ones I'v tested are the 2 Pokemon buggers) use all ALL the chip and so the save data is deleted at the start of the game.

You *can* use C&C for all the flashram games out there (with the exception of JFG) but, you can only save ONE of them at a time.

Just out of interest, how difficult would it be to get the Z64 to backup a bigger save (i.e. Flashram)??

Oh, and WT Riker... The reason I haven't got a V64Jr (or whatever they're called now) is because I haven't got a computer at home so the Z was the best choice for me...

the Z64 already saves it but the saves are bigger then they are shown because the clusters next to the save contain the rest of the save
