i want to buy a new backup unit PLEASE INFO!!!

hi everybody!

i´m from germany and i want to know, where i can buy backup-units.

now i have a z64, but i read, that this v64 should be better... is this right??? and whats up with this other units like cd64, v64 jr...?
this v64 burns games on cd doesnt it? but how can i save my save-games on it???
can anybody help me please!!!!!

No, the V64 dumps to rom, then you´ll need to have your V64 hooked on to your PC, and upload the ROM file from the V64, and saving with V64 is no problems, you´ll need like 3 bootcarts, 1.EEPROM cart (GoldenEye 007 and many others) 2. 16Kbit EEPROM cart (SWEP1,RR64) 3. SRAM cart (can´t figure out a SRAM cart now), or you could buy a DS1 for saving SRAM, a DX256 for saving 4Kbit EEPROM, and SWEP1 for saving 16Kbit EEPROM.

Pokémon Stadium ROM doesn't even work right with the Pokémon Stadium cartridge, so I'd presume no.

Poke stadium has a boot chip , i think thats why it doesnt work for boot card.

remove the boot chip and replace with a 6102 - thatll do it.
