ISS has DEFINATELY been released in USA. One of my buddies here got himself a copy over a week ago. I'm not sure why no-ones uploaded it yet??? Unfortunately, I couldn't upload it myself as he wouldn't let me borrow it.

Hey Girth does it have MLS teams and the stupid clock counting down to 0:00 instead of up? Or does it have normal League or International teams and the proper timing rules that the rest of the world plays?

I'm afraid I don't know which leagues it's got. I only looked at it quickly in my lunch break. I remember him saying that it's got shitloads of leagues. Soz. Can't confirm.

The game is like all the previous versions, in that it features international teams. If anyone here lives in London and wants to buy a copy, give the Harrow branch of CEX a ring, they still had a copy left yesterday afternoon, and you may be able to grab it.

Thing is......It's not as good as the PSX version. There seemed to be some lame things in it.

ISS evolution on PSX seems like it player better than ISS2000 on the N64!
Someone shoot me! I've already said, I only had a quick go at it in my lunch break, but that's the way it felt. The AI and the control seemed better on PSX. One of the other guys here thought so too.

In fact, IGN knows better than you, Girth. They said ISS 98 was one of the best footies out there, also if you look at the gameplay/lasting appeal. ISS Evolution sucks really hard, it was fun for a while, but then it just sucks since I played ISS 98, so why is ISS2000 not better?

ISS has always been better on the PS IMO. On the N64 it's always felt a bit... rigid, if that's the right word... like it runs on rails. Still a great game though.

Cause ISS EVOLUTION(PSX) can't even stand in the shadow of the great ISS98(N64), and it is just a shadow of ISS64(N64).

But i wonder how's ISS2000 is going to be.

Oh and, Perfect Striker 2 is the best ISS game out there. Although the exclusion of Man Utd and Barca in the hidden teams is quite amazing. I mean, really Ajax and Santos over those two? And surely Byurn should have been in there rather than Dortmund (sp?)?

hmm yeh well anyway, last night I was playing ISS98 with a mate and he was going on about how ISS64 was smoother, so we loaded that instead, and funnily enough, we found it is actually more playable, for a start when you try doing a header off-screen your player doesn't do that fly through the air thing, and you have attacking or defensive headers with A or B, and there's a few other things too...
I've not played ISS2000 yet but I really hope they've gone back to the old style heading at least...
