It's an inherent problem with paladin but there's a PAL fix out for it, not tested it yet but here's the url:- http://64zine.vintagegaming.com/palfix/hs-is2kp.zip
Dextrose doesn't seem to be the quickest with the pathches these days, oh well
Cheerio fer noo,

Yep just tested the patch and it works grand, it seems the only person doing these PAL fixes recently is Roadhouse, job well done on getting them out quickly. Good having no borders on these fixes but the colour is really faded noticed it on a few of Roadhouse's other recent fixes, what's up wi that?
Cheerio again,

Hum I have no idea why the image looks faded for you...The colors are converted from ntsc standard to pal standard color. It looks perfect for me and I test them all on a 50hz tv pal n64. It would be great if you could take a screendump or so if u got a nice videocard and show me. I've no idea why u get faded colors.
Now the army men full fix might fuckup for some peeps since I did the aps in winaps v1.1 which apperently fucks up for some peeps.

Roadhouse:- Unfortunately my computer's a piece o' shit with a very basic video card but if you've tested it on your setup then it's probably my telly (it's a good Htachi 28 inch telly but it is 17 years old), however I think you've done patches in the past that didn't take the borders away which had perfect colour saturation for me, must just be one of those things. I'll just wait for the PAL release still got plenty of other games that I haven't got round to playing to keep me occupied.

Roadhouse - I have a TV card, I can take some shots of it if you want (well you do, you just said that http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/smile.gif)
I'll erm... upload them to a Xoom account and stick a link here or something.
Oh yea Shaggy... you aren't playing on a black and white TV are you? That might cause a problem with the colour http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Right, I've found out what the problem with the colour is: it isin't running at 50Hz! (I think).
It is quite odd really. I'm having to adjust the VHOLD on my TV as if I were playing an NTSC game, but the colour dosen't drift. Also the picture from my TV card displays but has odd effects, just like what happens if I try to play NTSC games through it.
