It's being developed by Nintendo.

And did anyone else notice the two references that page made about "hoping it comes to America"? Uhh, maybe NOA forgot who they were for a second, but it's basically up to them if it comes out here.

I always thought NOA was one of the worse companies in that aspect, but nobody can beat SOA. I've never seen third-party companies bringing over first-party software before until I got a DC. It's a disgrace. SOA doesn't seem to want to publish anything.
