Help With Paladin

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with paladin. I have some pal games that were relesed with no fixes(army men sarges hero, supercross, etc) and I want to convert them to nstc with paladin. Im using the following command line with the latest paladin and Im still getting a filckering screen.
paladin /n /f /b rom.v64
I think I'm doing everything right but the screen still flickers.
Please respond only if you can help, If your some person thinking there l33t and going to post crap PLEASE don't waste space on this board.

Fixes weren't released, because those games have been released in NTSC format in the US. Paladin is not a "fix all" for every rom, there are quite a few games that the screen will still flicker on, so you possibly didn't do anything wrong, but you could download the NTSC versions of the games you mentioned.. unless of course there is something major different about the pal versions, then in which case, if you really really want me to look at any special pal games and make fixes to ntsc, just let me know in an E-mail.

Is there a way that I could fix the games myself, I have a ton downloaded and Im fimaliar with a hex editor, and I took a small corse on programming. Its just that pals are the same as nstc but the older nstc games are hard to find. I can find the pal ones easier. Let me know.
