Is this ireal or is it just a repack by Ave64?
It's RAR-ed (instead of zipped), is in the zip on its own (no nfo), apparently released my Menace (mnc-dark.rom) and the only place I've seen it is Ave64.

eum...isnt the MNC release the v1.1?
Mnc-dark.zip May 22, 2000
from the .nfo: (yes, there is an nfo file)
"- Yes, we know it says "Ver 8.7 Final", just like MSFTUG's dump (nice job on getting it early) but the dump is none the less much different when we ran it through a byte compare and this IS the retail final."
the first release was the MSFTUG release:
Msftug69.zip
19th May 2000
so..eum...I dont know about your zip but it doesnt seem to be the original v1.1?
oh well

Hmm... well on Ave64 the link says "req: Perfect Dark V2 [USA|MNC|256]". Dunno what the req (required?) means, perhaps they were meaning to link to a copy of LaC's bootemu as well.

Isnt V1.1 same as V2?
if v1.0 is the 1 release and
v1.1 must be the 2nd, right?

I presumed that the "req" meant that it had been requested, and as MMR says, the 2nd release.

I got Perfect Dark (USA) to work with (LaC's) BootEmu 1.1 without an Exp Pac only it wouldnt work every time. Now that I have got an exp pac I see a menu for (LaC's) BootEmu 1.1 however I cant get the rom to work at all. Anybody else have this problem ? I have a Pal N64
