Trainers old and smelly?

Whatever happened to trainers bieng released for nearly ever game? I haven't used one in ages. I miss the crazy little intro's at the start of my game with all these cool selectable cheats and shit...

Is it just the lack of interest in the N64 scene these days??

I´m pretty sure that, if we give Roadhouse alot of respect for the trainers he did in the past month, he will probally make some more http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/biggrin.gif . I know what trainer he was making, but it didn´t work...

Problem with trainers is that after you make a couple it gets old and boring. I remember wild_fire saying the only insentive he had to make trainers was so that his kids could cheat in games. After you make a couple, it just gets tedious to play through the games and find the cheats. http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/smile.gif unless of course you are one of those people who dont use their own code searcher and use gameshark codes... then its even more boring.

My wish list is for LaC and WT_Riker to take a look at the bios for us Z users, cause Evek II is the @!*( and LaC's knowledge of save routines and stuff is awesome..if the bios for the z64 was rewritten to support stuff like this on the fly well....nevermind.....harrison would be happy cause they could act like their units support all the shit and probably would not give credit to anyone...*sigh* this dream is starting to turn into a nightmare...hahah well LaC and WT_Riker, if you got some cool bios's stashed on your HD's...i'd be more than happy to make use of it...and you could bet i'd keep it to myself... http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/biggrin.gif heheheh

Lac: I´ve would love to learn how to make trainers, but i do not have any skills in programing... but, maybe, what tools do u need? I mean, how many ppl would help a guy with that question?

Well if you want to learn how to train for the n64 the best way to learn is to check the sources peoples have released. Icarus released a good trainer info text for some months ago.....I don't think it's here on dextrose though. But it's not easy to make a trainer if u don't know anything about asm etc.

As far as JFG trainer goes....I know cliffi is working on it. Hs and dx intro comes up, game starts but the trainer itself has no affection in the game. Well lets wait and see.

I used to pester Destop for trainers (I can't now cos I got a £260 phone bill so I ripped the modem out. can't use irc behind this firewall). Ask him for his castlevania 1 and 2 "flying editions", hydro thunder "Turbo" and a few others he has done but hasn't released for some reason http://www.dextrose.com/ubb/confused.gif The tarzan one is here (but I never saw it get posted on the main page...).
