Well when they make cynical cash-in crap (e.g. basically a graphics hack of Tetris Attack, which itself was a stolen idea 8 years ago anyway) and people buy it, then what does he expect?
I'm not the first to say... without Pokémon, Nintendo would have lost sooooooooo much money, a crippling amount in fact. If Sony had the license to Pokémon I think Nintendo would have been pretty much over.

"If Sony had the license to Pokemon I think Ninteno would have been pretty much over" What the hell are you talking about? If that happens, then Nintendo would have made something much better than Pokemon to entertain the world. Pokemon is just Nintendo's "one of the way" of making money. All the games they make are AAA+++ titles and they stay on top selling NPD chart for atleast month. Also what you mean by "Tetris Attack rip off"? Nintendo made Tetris Attack and now they made Puzzle League what's wrong with that? It's like saying "Perfect Dark is GoldenEye rip off" when both games are made by same company and even same team. When GameCube comes out next year, we will see "return of happy gaming days" I mean SNES kind of days. You need watch what you trying to say and your talk is more like a "Sony Fan Boy" who don't have a clue of what the fuck they are saying.

dear little Neo,
I dont think Vertigo is a sony fan boy at all, neither does he speak/think like one.
He loves Nintendo. Most of the time he
post only useless infoless stuff but when
he does infact take the time to write something he usually does that after he
has thought about the subject.

hehe MMR damn my arse hurts now mate :P
Nah Neo I'm definitely not a sony fan boy, I hate the cheapness that they've bought to the whole thing actually, I don't regret that gaming has entered a mainstream form of entertainment, I just don't like the constant sequels and cash-ins for Sony, and I even less like the people that are actually going out and buying the shite. That's partly why I view stuff like Pokémon with such cynicism. But it's true, this generation Nintendo were pretty much financially saved by the Pokémon license. If Sony had bought that license, they'd have no way taken in nearly as much revenue as Nintendo (due to Sony's lack of a gameboy type unit etc to sell it on), but they'd have taken a big money spinner away from Nintendo. They've even admitted themselves in a few interviews around that the license has brought in so much money and saved them from an otherwise very bad hardware generation. (Don't ask me to quote sources, I'm not about to start looking through old magazines or news sites)
