Doctor V64 with a Pal N64, Us N64 or Jap N64

I have a Doctor V64 and a PAL N64, can PAL cartridges, and it works great, just make sure you aren´t using the pokemon one...

i have always a black screen
i have tried these cartridge : diddy kong racing, perfect dark, roadster and revolt

but i don't understand that when i only use my N64 with a cartridge and dx256 i have always also a black screen (may be my 256 is broken)

if someone are french is this channel can you explain me by email (franck201@hotmail.com) what i have to do exactly with the doctor64 for play a game please ?

Try Mario 64. I had some trouble using Starfox (I think it was the Bootchip).

Ok, i´m not french, but i can help you anyway
I will refer to GoldenEye 007, since it´s 6102 and 4x eeprom.
Here´s what to do:
1. Start V64
2. Insert CD-ROM
3. Load the ROM file
4. Make sure you have a 4x EEPROM cart in your n64, or a DX256 (if you´re using the 4x eeprom cart, use the emulation adaptor from bung)
5. When the loading is done, turn on your N64, and the game should boot just fine, if not, something is wrong...

That´s my advice, load a "normal" rom to see if your v64 is working 100%

i don't know which adaptor i have or don't have, i am going to make a screenshot of my V64, then you will be able to tell me which adaptor i have or don't have, and so which connection i have to do

well my webcam doesn't work tonight

so i can see that between my V64 and N64 it's called "connection adapter" : but anyway i find it hard to connect N64 to V64, may be also i have never connect it succesfully

but finally, i think my problem is the PAL/NTSC connector behind the V64 that i have never noticed before, i will try it tomorrow

i hope this time it will works ! lol
