Nushizuri + Fifa 99 Patches

Those two Patches will not be published here for the following reason.

The Nushizuri ROM from HS was a totally screwed up backup, then SAGE released a proper version and HS released this patch which is actually the IPS you get by comparing their screwed up version with the good version.
It might be interesting for some people who dont want to download the whole file again but this here is no place to put so-called "fixes" online which are

a) no real fixes (country/video/sound) and
b) try to hide that a group hasn't checked a release before spreading it to everyone.

Groups should really check releases everytime.

The FIFA 99 NTSC->PAL Patch will convert the
already released rom to the PAL-Version.
Its no real Crack or Fix either, and won't be put online here too since we could then put online like 100 new patches all doing conversions in one or the other direction.

We like to publish real fixes/cracks.

Hi Actraiser, I fully support ya meaning about the now really often avaible fake patches like Fifa 99 or 5 Space Silicon Valley ones! Great that ya programm paladin 2 patches the Country Check of most games!
