Does V-Rally PAL need a NTSC FIX?

Does V-Rally Pal need a NTSC FIX! Cause I loaded the Original Rom into D-Ram, Doctor loads 96. When I want to start screen gets only black! So I think I need a patch for my NTSC N64!

No - Vrally PAL works fine on my NTSC machine.

I have a 64Jr and a JAP N64. Vrally PAL runs OK, except that its in black and white !
In other words, I need an NTSC fix ...

Vrally PAL needs a VIDEO/SOUND NTSC fix.. Meaning, depending on your TV it may or may not work

It doesn't work for me....
