Off Topic but help needed. (S-Famicom related)

Does anyone know where I can get a transfer program for the SF/SNES, same kind of thing as RTool, where I can change the header names of files?

Apologies for the off-topic-ness of this post but it's needed desperately.

You can send snes files with GTool, but no lame header changing is supported.
